The purpose of this survey is to get feedback from you about your internship experience and general preparation with regard to using technology in the classroom. NC Catalyst, an initiative of the Division of University-School Programs with the University of North Carolina, has helped to provide technology professional development for university faculty and clinical instructors/cooperating teachers throughout North Carolina. Your response to this survey will help us determine if our professional development efforts have been effective. Participation is voluntary and your responses will in no way affect your grade nor will they be used in any way that you can be identified.
